Waterfall Salon & Spa

I went in last week to Waterfall Salon & Spa to get a massage from Collette. I try to get massages fairly frequently because I'd rather get a massage regularly and pay to feel good than I would paying for drugs and doctor visits to feel good. Though I'm fairly experienced with various kinds of massage, I received a 90 minute treatment from Collette that was quite different - better. Collette assessed my needs and used several therapies to ground me, clear my mind, and then she continued to reset my body back to a norm I haven't felt in quite some time. It was the best massage I had experienced in 2+ years! I say experience, rather than massage, because of how I was treated. I felt like she was in tune with what I needed. Not pretentious, and a great vibe! They didn't give me a hard time for having "working girl" hands when I got my manicure and that was so nice. (Other places definitely have made me feel like an ogre haha) Prices are all very reasonable and I'll be going back for hair services next.

Sarah gave me an exceptional hair cut that encourages waves and natural curl that I thought I had lost! I love my hair again and can shampoo, shake and go. Lovely salon with nice atmosphere also.

Exceptional experience! From the moment you walk in, you're acknowledged, soothing atmosphere, friendly staff. My stylist, Sara turned a sour experience from another salon completely around. I was treated like a person, she was knowledgeable, took my questions into consideration, she took over the situation beautifully just in time for my Christmas party and received compliments! Thank you for all you do, keep up the great work. I found my lifetime salon!

Great customer service! Super friendly! Danielle did a wonderful job! From start to finish I felt welcome; she made great conversation and any silence was not awkward at all! She picked up what I wanted and took extra care to make sure it was done well! Loved my experience! Would definitely go back!
