Waterfall nail spa - Nail salon Valley Glen

Horrible service. Gave them 3 chances! 3!! All 3 times failed me. There's always 1 worker there that doesn't do finger nails only pedicure! All three times I've went i had to wait 10-20 min for someone to start on my finger nails, regardless if it was a manicure or fullset Gel X. This last time I asked for a SIMPLE SET acrylic french tip nails SHORT. I asked for price and the the guy said 65. Keep in mind he had me waiting for him to arrive... also he was struggling TO FIND GLUE... and on top of that left my index nail soooo CROOKED... I had to tell him to fix it. His way of fixing it was putting more acrylic on top of my nail. OVERALL I spent 2 HOURS there and spent 100 dollars out the door. Im no complainer but I fought for the price to be reduced. I Left so unhappy I'm NEVERRRRRR coming

I went all out and got a foot/hand spa treatment. She did such an amazing relaxing job that I chose to do both without polish. It was super slow on a Sunday. I think I was there for 2hrs. No one came in and doing spa treatments was her specialty. I don't recall her name but she was very gentle with her hands. Turns out they have multiple locations. I would come back for the foot spa package. Great ambiance and very relaxing experience.

Worst pedicure of my life! Scheduled appointment and got there on time, but they were late and made me wait 25 minutes. Sloppy job that looked like a child did it - uneven cutting and painted on my skin. Rude staff did not fix their horrible job, didn’t care about customer service, or wasting my time and forced me to pay. Go somewhere else!

The Waterfall Nail Spa atmosphere is really nice and relaxing. The customer service is friendly compared to other nail shops but the last two times I went the bottom of my feet were barely scrubbed so like it didn't seem like I even got a pedicure. The lady I recently got was nice but it felt really rushed for me like she wanted to get it over with and mind you I was the only customer in the spa. My feet also barely soaked in the water maybe for about 30 seconds to a minute. I got a French tip and it was done nice however I just wish it wasn't so rushed and that my feet actually looked like they got scrubbed down and wish my feet were soaked for a little more. A French tip gel pedicure was 60$ and my feet didn't even get scrubbed/soaked. Gave it a second chance but it's time to find a new

I went to all three Waterfall nail salon locations at one point or another and would regularly ask to see Kobe for BioGel manicures and pedicures. I was always on time and tipped well. In the past Kobe had made me wait a few times 15-25 minutes however I made an appointment with Kobe for Tuesday 6/24 and on the day of he asked to reschedule for following day Wednesday 6/25 I said it was fine as I still had enough time. I was 10 minutes early to see color options and I texted him at 6pm if he was almost there, he didn’t respond. Then another lady there said she would get started on my pedicure and I asked 2 times if Kobe was almost there. Eventually an older lady came over and said her manager wanted to speak to me, she said Kobe failed to communicate my appointment and that he wouldn’t mak
