Ward4 - Milwaukee Coworking

I have been in Milwaukee because my dad has been in the ICU after an accident, and I needed a place where I could step away from the hospital and focus on work between visits mid-day. This coworking space ended up being exactly that. I used the punch card option, which was perfect for being in town temporarily and not knowing my schedule day to day. What I initially expected to be a short stay of just a few days ended up turning into nearly three weeks, and having that flexibility mattered more than I could have anticipated. This review is especially for anyone coming from out of town who finds themselves needing a reliable, welcoming place to work in an unpredictable situation. With our Sales team spread across four states, we recently held a 2-day workshop at Ward4. The place is fantastic! Cool loft vibe with all the amenities, space and privacy needed. The management team and service is above and beyond and there's a great restaurant on the first floor. We ordered in lunch the first day and dined in for breakfast the second. Incredible food and service there too. You can't go wrong with hosting a meeting or co-working at Ward4.

Such a cool building! Lovely architecture and beautiful lighting from the windows. Simply gorgeous.

Stopped in to try a free day pass and check out the space. There were a lot of desks, space to work, and conference rooms. Well lit and fast internet. The biggest surprise (and why I'm writing this review) is that it's very loud. When people are on phones, Zoom meetings, or chatting with a coworkers/colleagues in the loft, it's at full volume. If you are one to be distracted or if you don't want to where headphones all day, be warned. We were so distracted by the noise we left after 60 minutes. We've worked at other co-working spaces and the policies were always, whisper and if you need to make a phone call you do it in a sound proof booth.

Great workspace, huge area in a historic-feeling building. Has some spaces for calls / meetings. Very convenient to Milwaukee Public Market and some other restaurants / cafes. I enjoyed working here for a few days on a recent trip to Milwaukee.
