I have been a customer for over 20 years. Once a customer you feel like home. Henry my barber knows how to cut hair without even asking how you want it. He just knows as soon you walk in the door. Never bored, has movies to watch.

Lack of tradesmenship. How do you not know how to do fades? I went in looking for a haircut as my usual spot had a 2 hour wait limit. I walk in and no customers were there, so I waz like cool, Im next...but I could see why. I asked for the price and he asked what kind of cut. I wanted a basic fade...nothing special. He said he does not do fades, scissor cuts only; REALLY?!?! That like KFC not selling chicken. Learn your craft, improve your skills.
