Brought my son in for the first time and had such a great experience. The ladies were super sweet and made my kids feel right at home. She even braided my daughter’s hair and gave them popsicles and suckers. They have a bunch of toys for the kids to play with while they wait, which is a huge plus.

I went here after I missed my appointment and owed them $22.50 for the missed appointment. Ok cool, gave them $25.25. Should have change, right? Never got my change. Ok, so I got my hair cut that same day. Paid them for the haircut minus a tip (because they never gave me my change from the missed appointment) and they had the audacity to COMPLAIN ABOUT ME NOT GIVING A TIP!! After they POCKET THE MONEY I WAS OWED FROM THE $25.25!!! Absolutely rude, uncalled for, and thieving!!!! If you want to get a good haircut and get robbed, go here. Rude people who work here. Especially after they rob me and then complain about a tip.

Awesome barber shop, the ONLY place me and my family will go. Donna is amazing, it's always a wonderful experience and she does an amazing job.

It has been awhile since I have been here so I don't know all their new polices. First yesterday I had trouble getting cash from the ATM machine. I called to let them know I might be late told Liz the owner my situation. I was upset because I had money but couldn't receive cash. Called back to let them know that I still couldn't get cash when Megan the owners daughter said that I couldn't make my appointment she told me it doesn't matter I was a no call no show in a mean voice even though I called and told her my situation then Liz took the phone and apologized that Megan didn't know. So I rescheduled for the next day (today) I get there 10 minutes late because I was stucked behind a train that was not moving. $13 kids haircut before tip - important to note this shop is cash only. Quick and sharp haircut for my little guy. They made my little ones happy with lots of suckers and a fun atmosphere. They took us as a walk-in, although next time I will likely call ahead to schedule as they seemed booked and short on staff when we went.
