Perfect perfect perfect. I never thought I would be so happy at a hair salon - I usually find the staff intimidating and smiles and conversation often feel forced. I knew there was something different about Walter & Co. when Walter himself answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. Walter took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and mixed up the perfect color for me; and the entire time we chatted like old friends.
