I went there last August with long hair I needed to have.cut. i specifically asked my haircutter to not put layers in my hair. She did not listen. I also took pics with me. She was alone in the shop and spent more time on the phone than she did with me. The mirror was so low that I could not see what she was doing. When I left, I was in tears. I only tipped her because my anxiety was so high, I just needed to get out of there. It's been 9 months, and I still don't want to go out in public! Worst haircut ever! It will take another several months before I can get it fixed. She ruined my hair for so long - almost a year now. I think her name was Katlyn - not sure.
