Services Received: Root Touch-Up: Ava provided this service and did a fantastic job making sure the toner and touch-up blended seamlessly with the color I already had. She matched it perfectly to my skin tone. My roots had grown out for about a year, so she definitely did her big one getting me back right! 🔥 Retwist & Style: Aniya handled my retwist and style. She did an outstanding job bringing my vision to life. I asked for a blunt cut bob, and she delivered the bluntiest, cuttiest bob ever. Now mind you, I’ve had my locs for 16+ years, and she was still able to give me the short, even bob I wanted. Aniya was determined to make sure every detail was perfect, and it truly showed. I am new to the area and live within walking distance of the shop, the first stylist I had the pleasure of installing a partial weave was Khimani. She was Super pleasant and very knowledgeable. It was my first time getting a weave, so I had plenty questions. Khimani provided me with options and advise on the type of hair that I was looking for. I returned a few weeks later for service that I had booked online the night before and I wasn't able to book Khimani as she was booked. I choose "Any Available Stylist" as an option since I am new in the area and wanted a next day appointment. The next stylist didn't disappoint; Aniya was extremely professional and very patient and gentle. I was very pleased with my hairstyle and how kind I was treated, Khimani & Aniya are both top notch

I booked a Relaxer/Style with a hair consultation at this salon for 2:00pm on Monday, December 22nd. The day of my appointment, I received a text asking if I was available to come in at 3:00pm, and my appointment time was changed before I could respond or confirm. I arrived at the salon at 3:00pm and waited a few minutes before being seated. Honestly, my consultation felt rushed and I sensed something was off. During the service, I noticed the stylist scraping the bowl and bucket to get the last bit of product and massaging it into the roots of my hair. It became clear that there was not enough relaxer to complete my service. But I assumed there would be more product available in the salon. Instead of being upfront, I had to ask why my ends were not being processed as I sat there awkward

Upon coming to closet beauty I needed a miracle ! And I miracle I got guys. This is the best place to get your hair done. These lady’s are very attentive and do an amazing job and giving you a once in a life time experience. The hair lasts and trust and believe you won’t be disappointed. Every time I leave not only am I excited to come back. My hair really lasts! This salon exceeds expectations everytime. Thank you guys again for helping me grow my hair back where I had the ball spot. I’m forever grateful to you lady’s.

This salon is such a gem! The owner is kind, the staff makes you feel welcome, and my stylist Aniya is incredibly talented because she can do everything from sleek styles to protective looks. I always leave feeling confident and cared for.
