4.5 hours to fill a very simple prescription. Script Was called in and left on the machine, I called at 10 when they opened to make sure they had it. Was told working on it now. 4.5 hours later I received a text that it was ready. Highly recommend using a different pharmacy.

The Pharmacy representative named Ashley needs to be coached or let go of her job duties. I contacted the Pharmacy prior to my appointment to ensure my medications where in stock. Once i finished at the doctors office i went to the Walgreens and was told it would be about an hour. I told Ashley that was perfectly fine and i would be back in an hour. She waited until i left and contacted me by phone. I was left a voice mail that said "do not bother coming back today we will fill it tomorrow. I called the pharmacy back to see what the issue was and i was told "you got it filled on April 24, you can wait until the 24 to get it again. I then explained that i would not be in town. She repeated her self in a rude/hostile tone. I then told them to cancel the order. I contacted my doctors office w

I use Walgreens out of convenience. Drive thru plus 10pm closing are both wins. However, today's experience ruined it for me. My son has been sick, going back and forth to different doctors trying to find a treatment that works for him. He hasn't eaten in days. Can barely swallow his own spit, and his immune system it's just maxed out. We finally get some answers, and a promising prescription that would likely give him enough relief to eat and drink. I dropped off the prescriptions around 5. I called at 6:00 to check the status. I was informed that they'd be ready in 15 minutes. I wait 40 and go to pick up. Called the pharmacy to update my address just to have the automated machine hang up on me. Call back and it does it again. Had my stepmom talkin to em for me to get my meds delivered and the lady on the phone just caught an attitude. Not all of em in the pharmacy are bad, but if a customer's tryin to tell you somethin, don't tell that customer to shut up

Absolutely awful customer service and to be Specific the pharmacy. Their slogan should be come back in a hour as many times as I'm told that just to come back and be told it will be tommorow. I understand they have a stressful job and probably get heat by older customers expecting their meds immediately after they leave the clinic but I'm very relaxed and they still give me attitude ?!?!
