Walgreens

Called the pharmacy to transfer a med to a different Walgreens… my answer from them was you call that store … by the time she gets done arguing with me she could have done it herself!!! People are so lazy , not customer friendly! I’m a retired nurse .. I’d been fired if I treated a patient that way ! If there was a zero that’s my rate 🤬

There have been multiple occasions when we try to pick up a prescription and thus pharmacy is not open during the stated business hours. Today however is the most ridiculous. A drug was called in this morning. Walgreens texted my husband at 12:57 to tell him the drug was ready. He got to Walgreens at 1:32 and they were closed and will not be opening until Monday because of staffing issues. They didn’t bother to call customers who may need a drug. We won’t be using this pharmacy again.

I appreciate the hard working pharmacy members and the entire staff.

Shout out to the team at the Walgreens pharmacy. The Pharmacist, Angie, doesn’t normally work at this location. She is super friendly, knows what she is doing and very professional. The rest of the team was fairly new and did a fantastic job. Well done in taking care of our needs!

This pharmacy has no sense of urgency. They have plenty of people "working" but are always doing everything but filling prescriptions or staffing the clinic area. Slow is an understatement.
