I had forgotten important medication back home in Colorado—medication that could have become life-threatening if I went even a few days without it because of the serious side effects of stopping cold turkey. I called this pharmacy from three states away, explained my situation, and they immediately took care of filling the prescription. I was able to pick it up the very next day when I arrived in town, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Since my insurance would not cover the medication, they found an RX pay card that made it affordable, which I truly appreciated. Slow, rude, hold your prescription hostage in the meantime your infection is out of control. What is wrong with these people.. all we need is a simple way antibiotic.. you have to jump through hoops to get to the pharmacist... You pay for same-day delivery... It doesn't arrive.. it's going to arrive 4 days later so you have the nurse rewrite the prescription and you'll pick it up the same day.. but they cannot process it... What is wrong with these people!?

I've been going to this pharmacy for a year know. It seems like the last 4 months it's gone super downhill. Half of the staff is really kind and the other half is rude. And they never, and I mean never pick up their phone. Why even have a phone number if no one picks up.

Slow, inept, unfriendly, disorganized, and rude. Can't wait ubtil I can change pharmacies. Horrible.

The pharmacy department is very disorganized. I take care of a client and this is the third time that they have told us that she has picked up her prescription when she did not I went to pick it up for her and the lady at the window was very rude and unprofessional. No one deserves to be talked to like that.
