Walgreens

Would give zero if I could. Told my script would be done in an hour. Three hours later I got notified it was done. I leave to pick it up and I am the third car in the drive though line at 1:15pm. It took them 15 minutes to help two cars in front of me because when I rolled up to the window I was refused service because it was break time at 1:30. I understand lunch breaks, but I was in line before that allotted time and there were no other cars behind me.

Its ridiculous how slow they be now. Been using this location for years, and after tonight, NOPE, drive-thru line wrapping around the building, The line inside was just as bad if not worse, I tried to call and literally was waiting behind 1 customer in line for nearly 30 min and then damn thing switched from a saying that to just saying there's a customer in line on repeat once the pharmacy closed, no disconnect, just changed the phrasing to have you on hold for entirely too long. Walgreens youv'e lost another customer and I only recommend this pharmacy if you want your time wasted!

Called to see if my prescription was ready after I received a text earlier in the day saying they were starting to work on it. Got told by pharmacy tech that they didn’t have a prescription for me. Told them I received a text earlier in the day saying they did and would be working on it. He told me he would transfer me to someone else. Supposedly there were 2 callers ahead of me! After waiting on hold for 2 hours and 12 minutes I was cut off abruptly. While I was on hold I decided to drive to Walgreens to just get my prescription. Immediately called back after getting cut off (while sitting in the line in the drive through) and was put on hold again stating there were 2 callers ahead of me again. I am still in the drive through line and have already been sitting here 26 minutes and on hold

Pharmacy will not answer the phone. The AI system couldn’t help me, so I asked for a human. Then I got a message that the pharmacy was too busy to talk and I got disconnected. People need their medication, and this is terrible customer service, Walgreens. Do better.

Horrible service and always short staff cause they won’t pay people. Went in clicked I am here for pick up order that was prepaid for at the pharmacy counter for 30 Mins to find out that no in 30 min had brought the order back to pharmacy's counter. Then wanted to pay for meds that was already paid for it on the pick up order. I asked how long it take the tech said I don’t know. Then the pharmacist said you cannot pay on a pick order. I think he need stay checking pills cause he has no people skills an does not know the store process. Worst Walgreens in Springfield area. Needless to say I am canceling that order. I take my business elsewhere.
