Customer service is good and I found everything I was shopping for.

Walgreen's suffers like many places do from hiring people who've lost their givadam. It's actually sad because there are a few who'll still treat you like a customer however rare they may be...

First off, I downloaded the app when choosing this location, and it took a good month before the app would work, it wouldn't show that zi had any prescriptions there, even though I was getting regular monthly ones before I got the app. Second, every single prescription I have ever had filled there had always been a partial because they never had enough to fill a full one. My husband and zi both used them, and he still only gets partials, it takes between 2 days to a week to get the full thing. And his are monthly as well. It doesn't matter what it was for, even something that is available OTC, they only could fill part of. Third, the pharmacists seem to like to play doctor and irritate the doctors before releasing our prescriptions to us. Literally had one doctor say that they hated sendin

I am absolutely sick and tired of shopping at this store! They advertise items for clearance and then revoke the price at the register. They send underage staff to ring up alcohol then make you wait 30 minutes for another clerk. One of the employees even charges for bags without asking. Fix it!!

I would have left a zero start review if I could but unfortunately, one star is as low as it goes. I bought vitamin D drops for my newborn and they didn’t work out. I went to return the drops on day 30 but My receipt was not coming up in their system or in my emails. The receipts are supposed to be emailed to the customers. I Didn’t get one. I went into return it and was sent away saying there is nothing they could do when I knew that they could still give me store credit. I was told by the manager to bring it in and he could give me credit but upon coming into the store I was away, wasted my time and gas. The cashier was extremely rude And definitely didn’t know how to do her job. Between these two experiences, I will not be shopping at Walgreens ever again. I’m just gonna go to Walmart.
