Walgreens

Horrid, (Go to spoon Drug, trust me) walgreens has 8 people working amd one person on a register while 7 people are in line. Took 47mins from walking in to pick up my prescription. Everyone looked at us and avoided eye contact. They couldn't be bothered to use one of the 4 registers to get people out.

I really like my Prattville Walgreens. Pharmacy is almost always busy and normally have a few folks ahead of you. However they are friendly professional and very helpful. I do not mind waiting for excellence. It's busy for a reason😁

Doesn't care about customer service in Sapulpa just makes you wait and no apology just acts like you are wasting their precious time and you know it's 45 minutes anytime you have to go here. It's ridiculous when you have to go to Walgreen when all the other pharmacies close here before anyone gets off work.

Avoid. This is a disaster. Management at several levels should be replaced. Look at all the 1 star reviews. There is always a massive wait at this location. No exaggeration, it would be faster to drive to the Walgreens on the other side of town by Taco Bueno. I have never been here when there wasn't a line of at least 4 people in front of me that hadn't moved from the time I entered the store, found what I wanted, then aborted, taking my business elsewhere.

I was notified by phone(because I downloaded the app),that my prescription was ready,of the 2 I had coming,only to drive all the way there and get nothing!!!I was a very big inconvenience ,so I'm not impressed with the service I didn't get at all!!!
