Walgreens

They need to get there selves together. I drop off prescriptions then get 4 texts I had no refills. Took 39 min waiting on the phone to talk to pharmacist to correct. Then I got 2 more texts I didnt have refills. Just about done with them. The pharmacist was very nice though. Do better walgreens, I just had knee replacement, dont need the stress,plus I cant drive right now.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life as I have with this Walgreens. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for almost 3 weeks and every time I called to speak to someone, they are the most rude and miserable people I have ever dealt with. No explanation or apologies for my prescription not being ready. I Have used Walgreens for many many years, but this is the last time I am moving to another smaller pharmacy.

I had them try to call my other pharmacy to switch the prescription and they gave up after one attempt. And the lady kept repeating the same thing each time. I'm fixing to go back there and get everyone's name and report to corporate.

Michelle always helps me get the beauty care products that i need. And she always puts a smile on my face when I'm down. 😀

Asked me if I was here to pick up Insulin but I was there to pick up my Ozempic. I’m not that big. Highly offended by the comment
