Walgreens

I have not had any problems with this Walgreens. They are super busy, as are all pharmacy’s these days. They try their best to assist customers as quickly as possible.

Was out of Motopropel and Pharmacy was having computer problems. Because I was out of med my blood pressure was very high. Called the pharmacy this morning and very good Pharmacy person was very helpful! I asked for delivery asap and it was! Handled vey professionally by Pharmacy person and by delivery person! Thank you Walgreens! I have been with you for many years! At 87 it is comforting to know I can depend on Walgreens😊

The Dr sent my sick son’s eto a pharmacy and then needed to switch bc they couldn’t give him the first dose. First I was asked to call the other pharmacy bc my insurance wouldn’t cover bc it was already at another pharmacy. Then I was asked by the pharmacist to pull around and get back in line so he could help other people bc tha was human. Disregarding the fact the close in 20 mins and my son needed to start an antibiotic. Sir you should not work in medicine or with people if you cannot do your JOB or have common courtesy for a CHILD!

They had me wait 5 hours for my prescription, after telling me it would be about a hour, So I decided to wait. I guess there was a problem with my prescription so They called my doctor, to which my Doctor responded within 20 minutes. I finally got tired of waiting and left, to which I called every hour to check on my prescription, just to be hung up on Everytime and no one ever telling me what was going on. (Someone would pick the phone up and slam it down, no person ever spoke to me) I finally called the next day and got someone on the phone, and that's when I found out that they had a question about my prescription, but could not get A hold of my doctor. So I called my Doctor, to which they informed me of the time Walgreens called, the problem, and the time someone called Walgreens back

Very rude. Refused to manually run my card through. Told me they couldn't do it and when I told them they did it last time she said claimed "I don't know who did that because we are not allowed to do it. Then I'm assuming the manager comes over and says that they actually can do it. And when I said that's what I thought, she told me I was being rude and told me I could go somewhere else. What a bunch of garbage. Walgreens, you might want to look into this establishment. And I believe they were rude to me and give me a hard time because they perceived me as "white". Society needs to be cleaned of these unprofessional people thinking they can run a store. Made me feel so uncomfortable and my family and I shop there a lot over the years. Outrage.
