Dana at the pharmacy is amazing. I can’t give her enough praise and compliments about her excellent customer service! Every time I go to the pharmacy there’s an issue with my insurance, which is not their fault. I explained to her my situation and she was very thorough about trying to help me with my problem. I had about 7 different prescriptions, that’s a lot of work, and she was very patient. She didn’t make me feel like she was annoyed. She was very nice and worked very hard (I was even embarrassed and kept apologizing for making her do so much/there was a line. Another employee helped out). At the end I still had to owe. She was nice enough to help me get a RX code. Which I greatly appreciate because everything helps when it comes to saving! I feel like there isn’t enough people like h

January 31, 2026, I went to pick up my prescription at drive through. Before driving away, I checked it...the gave me the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. And I was told I couldn't give it back. I told them I wouldn't take the wrong prescription. After I read to him the text from my doctor stating the prescription, he said I would have to pay out of pocket. I said fine I want the CORRECT PRESCRIPTION, that my PCP called in yesterday. He told me it would be 30 minutes. I said I would wait in parking lot across from drive through window. 30 minutes, I called store. Woman said wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. The main problem here is.....how many other people where given the wrong prescription today? What kind of pharmacist do they have that can't read the prescription order properly? My doctor

Had a great experience here. First I contacted the pharmacy right when it opened and a gentlemen assisted myself. Was very professional and informed myself that the medication in question could be here Monday or he could call around to see if they could get it earlier. Within an hour, I received notification it was ready for pickup. I went down and the same gentlemen assisted myself in person. Upon checkout, he said he could get me a much cheaper co-pay versus what I was having to pay. He saved myself $650 alone on this item. Very professional, helpful, well spoken and definitely someone I would have on my work team. Ryan is to commended for this outstanding service and work.

The parking lot area is a magnet for trash. Very rarely clean. Today dec 1 noticed many big bird droppings on the cover that hides the garbage can as you walk in. Disgusting. Walgreens has been around over 100 yrs and they still can't figure out how to keep outside clean. Yes toi the pharmacy is very slow. Only have one person getting prescriptions. I almost have to cover my eyes as I pull into parking lot. Disgusting x 250. Manager should be ashamed. Inside fairly well kept. Wake up.Was there again dec 26. Spoke to manager about bird popping on trash can. She said she cleans it daily. Don't think so. Went to cashier and asked for a bag for my items. She said they ran out of bags..strange. Walgreens very stingy about getting a bag. I guess they are like gold. Will have to write to ther

How does the drive through take so loooong!! Thats the whole purpose of the drive through. Its takes literally takes 30 min for 5 cars that is ridiculous. Walgreens do better. The line insi even longer...the worst place ever and rude!!! Will go else where I know Walgreens doesn't care about reviews but they should. It's what makes a business!!!
