KaBrina is wonderful! She helped me work through the challenges of shipping via FedEx. She knew just what to do to help me get an urgent package shipped today. She greeted everyone who walked through the door. She’s kind and has great customer engagement skills.

Thank you Walgreens for always taking care of us. And always having great customer service. We appreciate the fact that you take time to take care of your customers. It truly means a lot.

After being sent from the Walgreens on Grove street where they did not assist me at all !! I arrived at this location on NW avenue very frustrated from the treatment I received prior to coming here and they were so kind and helpful. Their were 4 staff member in the pharmacy that worked together to get my issue resolved. A prescription that would have cost me $112 ended up being zero out of pocket because they took their time and did not send me off to another store. I am so grateful and I want them to know how much I appreciate each one of them. Walgreens you have a great team on North West avenue.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I stood looking for one thing in particular for about 30 minutes. I was visibly not finding what I needed. One of the managers walked by, looked, and went to the pharmacy 20 minutes before they closed to countdown or something. I’m not sure. But, I also heard the pharmacy tell a lady they couldn’t fill her prescription because they were closing in 20 minutes. Highly unprofessional! Also, not a person spoke to me except for the cashier asking did I want my receipt. Not happy at all!
