Chris is personable, professional and helpful. He greeted me when I entered the store. He treated every customer with the same energy and asked if they were military affiliated. He was helpful by showing me how to read the Best Buy date on my food item. He was patient as I pressed the wrong button on the credit card machine during checkout. This is my favorite Walgreens, as all the employees are consistently attentive and helpful. Thank you for serving our community.

The pharmacy staff are inconsiderate and passive aggressive. They said multiple times they don’t have my daughter’s prescription, when they do. They are taking their time filling her antibiotics and she is actively getting worse. UTIs lead to sepsis if not treated. Your pharmacy is playing with my child’s health.

Last Friday Oct 24 my dr called in meds for me ..antibiotics and one other. They were filled same day and they were supposed to be delivered to me. Here it is Oct 29 and I still haven’t received. THIS is ridiculous ! Where is my medication? Very disappointed

Pharmacy techs always seemed confused. Same two customers at the counter for 30 min while they tried to figure out how to fill their prescriptions. Sadly, this is like the 4th time in a row ive seen this while waiting in line. They finally were like..."oh..." and then reached into the shelf behind them and grabbed the item.

I’ve been a longtime customer of this Walgreens pharmacy due to convenience of the location to my home, however, it’s got to a point where every interaction is an issue. This includes prescriptions being incorrectly shortened, medications being marked as ready then “lost” upon pickup, being told my insurance was ran and denied medications when it had not been, delays on critical quality of life sustaining daily medications, and prescriptions being “lost” in their system (when I can see it in the app). The poor communication, lack of care for their customers, and inconsistency has made this pharmacy completely unreliable. If you depend on timely and accurate prescriptions, I urge you to use a different pharmacy.
