On January 27, 2026, my prescribing provider transmitted a secure, encrypted, and legally compliant prescription via EPCS to this Walgreens pharmacy location. The prescription included attached provider comments explicitly stating that I had supplied the necessary documentation and that my provider approved pickup on January 30, 2026. While this would technically reflect a one-day-early fill (29 days), I have been on this medication for approximately four years, have filled it at this location for two years, and have consistently filled on the 31st day. The absolute worst store you could ever be so unfortunate to be in or around. Was told 4 times by 4 different people another hour over a two day period for a simple refill. On the 5th encounter was told it would be another day. At first I thought it was incompetence but the employees make it seem purposeful as they weren’t busy at all. Bottom line, avoid this hell hole and eventually it’ll get new management or bought out completely by a group who has basic service skills.

Called on business to obtain medication adherence information. Spoke with the technician who did not identify herself properly. She said I could call the patient myself and she would not let me have the required information for insurance files. She promptly hung up. This incidence will be reported to the state board and the technician certification board. There is no room for rudeness in this profession.

There were 5 employees i counted and not one checking sent customers from front register to the photo center and then back gront register to check out. Back and forth bc everyone too busy for customers as they were putting up products.

The customer service at this Walgreens is terrible. I placed an order for same-day photo prints and—like every other time at this location—they weren’t ready the next day. When I called to check on the order, the employee hung up on me the second I said the word “photos.” So I went to the store.
