Tried to pickup prescription, person helping me said they didn’t take blue cross blue shield anymore, I would have to contact the number behind card to find a preferred pharmacy. Had my prescription transferred to CVS pharmacy. Person behind counter to busy to add my insurance information! Sadly lost my business

Victoria the Pharmacy Manager and Lucas the Pharmacy Tech are helpful…. first time that i saw a Pharmacy Manager going above and beyond to greet and assist customer in their prescription status. I hope Victoria will keep up her enthusiasm in assisting and making sure all client are taken care of. Just transferred all my family’s prescriptions in this Walgreen Location at 30015 Date Palm and 30th Cathedral City. Looks like i did the right decisions. Thanks 😊

The worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever experienced. First of all, I had my 1st prescription filled there. When I went they only have 5/90 pills ready and told me to check back in 2 days for the rest. When they verified my phone number and address, I told them that it was wrong and I gave them a new phone number and address, they said they would change it. Two days later no prescription ready. They told me they will get the shipment in on Monday, My last pill will be Sunday. These are blood pressure pills. Shipment didn’t come in on Monday, they gave me one pill. They said the check back the next day. I called the next day to make sure it was going to be filled, they told me to get it at after 6 PM. My wife went to go pick it up for me, as I just had surgery. Literally wouldn’t shop here if it wasn’t the closest Walgreens to my house lol Moody employees, slow response times, never wanting to help, always having convos amongst each other are just a few things I could complain about off the top of my head. I just want my items and to leave I shouldn’t have to stand here and listen to you guys complain about your work day while you attempt to count my change.
