This Walgreens is the worst for filling prescriptions on a timely basis that I have seen in my 59 years. My prescription was sent to them 4.5 hours before I passed out due to my sickness. I felt so sorry for the LONE young lady at the 2 hour mark of my wait time. Yes. I went there knowing that my order wasn't ready, because I wanted to see what was taking so long. I'm highly disappointed and do not plan on returning to that store.

One of the worse pharmacies I have ever used, the staff are useless and the pharmacy was rude and unhelpful and gave false information on my medication. Went over to the one in Crowley and they couldn’t be anymore helpful and did everything to help get my pain meds sorted for me.

🌿Nice friendly service. Good to be open 24 hours with a drive thru! 🛒 It’s just hard to get into the store and shop around without an electric cart! 👨‍🦯‍➡️Long way to the pharmacy 👨🏻‍🦯counter.

This Walgreens location has had repeated closures due to “emergencies,” which creates challenges for customers who rely on consistent pharmacy access. While I understand unexpected situations can happen, the frequency at this store raises concerns about reliability. For a pharmacy, dependability is especially important, and it would be helpful if there were clearer communication or contingency plans in place to ensure patients can access their medications when needed

5 stars for Victoria. Every time Victoria is my cashier, it brightens my day. Always pleasant, always kind and always helpful. The world needs more people like that.
