The man working at this location racially profiled me and my bf as we were doing Uber and came to pickup and item. He essentially refused to service us by not giving us the Uber item and a lady in the back had to after we were in the store roughly 10-15 minutes of him searching for the bags that were right there in front of him. He even went as far as to get on the computer at the photo desk and say something about he wasn’t looking for “produce” when he was clearly at the photo desk computer. He trolled us and acted as if he did not know what he was doing until someone else came in to be serviced and he apologized. The woman came back and gave us the bags immediately and after as though it was very strange we weee still in the store when it should have been a quick hand off. This man did

I usually don’t feel the need to leave reviews but today when I went to Walgreens on ValleyMills where I usually go, I couldn’t help but take notice of Abby the Shift Lead since 2023’s utter rudeness. I was redirected to her & was not greeted first of all, not a “hi there, hello, etc.”. The entire interaction was very dismissive & just plain rude. I also couldn’t help but notice the disrespectful way she spoke to the other mature lady employee who was on shift with her. She must be doing something right to be shift lead, but she definitely could use another orientation on customer service.

I love coming to this Walgreens there is never a wait to get my meds or my kids meds..

Everybody here is very kind and friendly. Upon walking in the front door I was greeted by two different employees and one asked immediately if I needed help finding something. The aisles are always clean and the shelves are always well stocked. I had a few questions for the pharmacist and he immediately answered all of them without rolling his eyes. I always feel welcome here and wi'll go back again soon

In the pharmacy there is one particular lady who is always working either the front desk or drive thru in the evening, she is always so rude! Even when you call she is rude! Called today to check my prescription and she put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then when I called back she kept putting my info in wrong and was also talking to someone else while on the phone with me. Never have had this problem!
