I had an incredible experience at The Roosevelt Spa recently! We called last minute hoping to get in for a HydraFacial, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us — truly impressive service from the start. Kat was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to personalize the facial based on my skin’s needs and explained every step along the way. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warm demeanor made the experience both relaxing and effective. The spa itself has a luxurious, calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality, professional spa services with a touch of luxury. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at the Waldorf Astoria Spa in New Orleans. The spa itself is beautiful, elegant, and very relaxing, and the entire staff was welcoming and professional from start to finish. I booked a Vitality massage with Janee and a Platinum HydraFacial with Alyssa, and both services were excellent. They were attentive to the areas I needed treated and made sure I was comfortable throughout each service. Overall, it was a peaceful and luxurious experience, and I truly appreciate the care from everyone at the spa. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.

We had the most amazing time at the Waldorf Astoria Spa! Perfect for a mother daughter day or just when you need a few hours to get away. They also have a great deal for locals! The atmosphere is so calm and quiet from the moment you walk in. All of the employees were very welcoming and made the experience that much more enjoyable. We both had facials and massages while there and days later still feel very relaxed and our skin looks amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

I recently had one of the best birthday spa experiences at Roosevelt Hotel. DJ was my valet and he was fast and efficient. Mr.John walked me over to the spa because I was not sure where it was exactly. He was so kind. Katie and front desk staff were warm and polite and helped me getting situated in the locker room. Next after I changed into my robe and slippers it was time for my massage. Ms.Rhonda was truly amazing I’ve had many massages but this by far was the best one I’ve ever had! Finally after my wonderful massage and special birthday treat I sat at the pool for the rest of my day. The pool guys were great, they were attentive very, polite and efficient.
