Wah Brow

This was my first time here and I came for eyebrow threading. I specifically told the young lady I just wanted a cleanup and I don’t want my eyebrows thin. I have relatively thick eyebrows that I love and just wanted a cleanup. She said ok but obviously she did not understand. My brows are now ruined and completely thin which is the exact opposite of what I wanted. She apologized and said “I just made them precise” no you threaded off 90% of my brows and this will take months to regrow. I am thoroughly disappointed and will never go here again. Proceed with the caution!!

Friendly staff and good service. I recommend getting one of the two ladies. They always take their time and do a great job.

Y’all I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for a year now & I have never been disappointed. I take my eyebrows seriously and I desperately needed a place that would not scare me off because I have too many horror stories. Get your eyebrows thread here. They also have a punch out card system. So I’ve gotten my eyebrows done for free twice so far!

First time at Wah Brow and having my eyebrows threaded. I normally have them waxed. My niece encouraged me to try it. I walked in. I was greeted and taken back to be serviced by Dorothy. She was very pleasant. The process wasn't pain-free, but it wasn't the worst pain ever. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most pain, I'd rate it as a 2. It took 15 minutes, and I was done. I was happy with the results!! I'll be returning!!

if i could give zero stars i would. the three other times i've been here the lady was great and i loved my eyebrows but the much older woman with glasses has horrible manners, was very rude, and had absolutely no customer service skills. she ruined my eyebrows and they’re not even remotely even. she took the tails off my eyebrows and ruined the arch. will not be going back.
