Moda was awesome! She helped me find wigs with bangs and introduced me to the wonderful world of human hair wigs. I ALMOST bought one but have to wait until I get paid. She is super friendly, personable and helpful. She's great!

I'm really not sure what people like about this place. It has the most uncomfortable shopping experience I've ever had. (Not exaggerating). Came to Tucson as an international student and was looking for a place to buy braids. 1. No one in the store, all the times I've been there, can give the most basic advice on what to get, etc. 2. I don't know how bad the theft problem is (maybe I was being profiled), but I can't buy in a store with so much surveillance and threats. The first thing you see on the door are print-outs from camera footage. It just makes me miss home so much, and appreciate basic shopping decency. Tucson really deserves better. I went to the Waba store. It’s Grant near first Avenue area. Marisa and Brian helped me. They were amazing. I went into purchase a wig for my sister. She has breast cancer and they went out of their way to help me out. They were patient with me my sister didn’t wanna go in so we FaceTime her and they put the wig on me. I just can’t say enough nice great things about Marisa and Brian. Thank you guys so much. They’re amazing Julia.

Marissa was an absolute angel for my shopping experience. She is very knowledgeable on products and helped me pick out what I needed to maintain my wig. She happily helped me pick it out, and guided me through the trying on process. Shelves are stocked with lots of variety and the store itself was beautifully organized and clean. Easy to find items. Marissa goes above and beyond for her customers and deserves more recognition. A+ Marissa!!
