WABA Hair & Beauty Supply #9 (35th Ave and Southern)

This is a 'customer-friendly environment'. Staff was very polite in educating me on quality eyelash glues. I purchased two to evaluate & review. A simple mistake was made with the purchase and the next day I did attempt to exchange for the correct formula. I was politely told the store policy on Returning Cosmetics, which I politely and maturely accepted. Did I feel ot could have been exchanged (it could have been), however, I didn't "read" the label prior to purchase. That's it and That's all! Will I return....quite possibly. My first time going to this store was a great experience. The people there were great and I have my utmost respect to the people that handles the customers coming through there because there was a customer there. While I was there that was kind of unruly a little bit, but they were able to get her handled as well. The products are amazing. They got everything you need. If you're in the area, make sure that you tap in with this store and get whatever you need. The prices are reasonable and like I said the people are great, so stop by Waba.

If I could give them 10 stars I would . Best costumer service I ever had . The owner helped me with finding all my extensions needs . Ordered my hair and had it there the next day . Everyone was super helpful. Love it will always be back

I bought a pack of hair that included bundles and a closure when went to my hair appointment we discovers that the lace on the closure was cut apart and was not usable. I went to return the hair and the women refused to give me a refund because it was open. If package was not opened how will i discover the closure was torn apart. She then accused me of cutting the closure myself. I had a really important even to go to and had to cancel because of the complications. The employee had the nastiest attitude and was very disrespectful. She then called the manager over the phone and they both had attitudes. The only one who tried to help on the matter was the man at the door and the worker refused to listen to him. I said if i can’t refund it can i get a replacement and she continued to deny. Th

Went with my daughter to buy bundles. She picked out a brand she liked and paid for them. When she got to the car she told how much her total was and it was way more than what the price showed on bundles itself. I went back in and advised they overcharged my daughter. The male cashier advised that the price on the bundles were from their Tucson store! I said we needed to be charged what was on the bundle. The male cashier said he could not do that so he asked another worker to come up. She had an attitude and at that time I wanted a refund. I got the run around about their manager isn’t in and I would have to come back. She finally ended up giving my daughter her refund but they lost customers. I will never shop here again!!
