The makeup don’t last long and overall there is no quality in the makeup I brought yesterday, new year eve. Staffs were friendly, welcoming and helpful yet the products in the store have no quality.

I’ve been coming for years and today I came in and had a special experience. These ladies did an amazing job their names are Jada and Shia. They made my day.

The women here are incredibly kind, and they always have everything I need. The store is clean and well-stocked every time I visit. I actually go out of my way to come to this location because of how well I’m treated—everything else is just a bonus.

Shia was absolutely WONDERFUL! It was my first visit to this store. She greeted me when I arrived. I am not wig knowledgeable and she was kind and patient, as I was deciding which wig would be best for me. I am glad she took the time to share her knowledge. It made all the difference. I loved the experience and will be back for sure!

Do not order from this business online! They do not respond when you reach out to them about order issues. The first time I tried, I needed to cancel an order because I made a mistake when ordering and wanted to update the order. I emailed them multiple times requesting that they edit or cancel the order and no one replied. So they went ahead and processed the incorrect order. The second time I ordered 7 packs of a hair product, they charged my card for all 7, but when my order arrived, it was only 6 packs. Again, I emailed about it, asking them to either refund my card for the missing one or send it to me. No response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank so the amount could be credited back to my card. Then I tried to order the 1 pack separately because I can’t find it anywhere else
