The team providing nail care is so talented! It's so great to see how well they work together and support each other. I’ve been seeing Emily for several months and she is truly incredible. My nails always turn out gorgeous and last so much longer than anywhere I’ve gone before. Her nail art is next-level—she’s creative, meticulous, and so talented. On top of that, all of the women are so sweet and clearly love what they do. I cannot recommend them enough!

This feedback concerns my recent appointment with Shannon McGratha. I had booked a pedicure and accidentally selected regular polish instead of my usual shellac. When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if we could switch to shellac instead. Unfortunately, Shannon declined, explaining there wasn’t enough time. While I understand this was my error in booking, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and willingness to accommodate the small change—especially as shellac typically takes only a few extra minutes to apply. As a mom of two young children, it’s not easy for me to find time for self-care or to visit the salon regularly. I love the location, living in Hyde Park, but even if I didn’t live here, I would come here. From the moment I walk in, I feel like a very valued client. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I have used many of their services from Skin care to nails to hair and I think they do a great job with everything.

If I could give this review 10 stars, I would! Cole went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with my hair extensions and took excellent care in making sure I was satisfied with the color, the length, and the style. As this was my first time getting extensions, Cole ensured that I was comfortable by taking his time to explain everything in incredible detail about the entire process and by the end, he gave me clear instructions to ensure I felt comfortable. The salon is clean, spacious, and chic. Every time I visited, the staff made me feel extremely comfortable and ensured I had everything I needed. Cole was absolutely amazing and gave me exactly what i was looking for! The initial consultation was thorough and I showed reference photos expecting to maybe have to walk out of the salon with something close enough due to the fact that i wanted to bleach my previously black dyed hair. nope! I got the hairstyle I was looking for all while in a positive and relaxing salon. I’m new to cincinnati and was nervous about finding my new salon but i’ve left extremely satisfied. I wanted black hair with blonde chunky highlights (see photo).
