I recently decided I wanted to go back to my natural color, and Melinda worked her magic. Instead of just giving me a basic brunette, she created this gorgeous “enhanced brunette” that feels rich, dimensional, and completely me. It’s the perfect balance of natural and elevated, and I couldn’t be happier. What makes Melinda so amazing is not just her eye for color—though she truly knows coloring inside and out—it’s also her personality. She’s warm, funny, and so easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience so fun! Every time I leave her chair, I feel refreshed, confident, and in love with my hair. Melinda is simply the best.

There are plenty of good salons in Rochester — this just isn’t one of them. I went here last year while pregnant, had a bad experience with a stylist who ignored my request not to cut layers, and left me covered in hair. I left an honest 1-star review after no one ever called me back. A year later, I decided to give them another chance. I booked online — and the next morning they called me just to cancel, saying they “have no business with me” because of that old 1-star review. My husband even called to explain the situation, but they didn’t care. So yes, they literally refuse service to anyone who gives honest feedback. For how expensive they are, the arrogance is unbelievable. Overpriced, petty, and unprofessional — avoid at all costs.

My husband and I have both been seeing Jeanette for 8 years and would follow her anywhere. She did my wedding hair and her team did my all my bridesmaids and mother’s hair as well. She is talented, kind, and incredible at her craft. Her attention to detail and your hair vision is unparalleled and anyone would be lucky to find themselves in her chair.

The best salon ever!! Everyone was so sweet and helpful, it’s also such a pretty salon! I loved my results so much!! Definitely give them a try!!

I absolutely love coming to W Salon. Everyone is so welcoming! Brooke does an amazing job on my hair - both color and cut. I always feel so confident telling her she can choose what to do with my hair! Being a new mom it’s really hard to get into the salon regularly but Brooke always makes sure my regrowth blends seamlessly with the refreshed color.
