Be careful, people. I have cancer. I am unemployed, undergoing treatment. I bought a wig in this store, but when trying it on, they gave me a wig from the display case, and when buying, they gave me a new one in the package, and did not let me open it and try it on. Only after the purchase. They promised the same wig and the same size, but it turned out to be big. I came the next day, but the manager refused to exchange it for a different size and return the money. Although it was only a night, and I had a receipt. I advise the management to contact me and compensate for the damage. I think I was deceived. I also have a receipt for trying on wigs in the store. My mistake was that after buying, I did not try on the wig, but left satisfied, believing the store employee. I was in this store f

The store was clean and well-stocked with new products. The selection of hair color products was particularly diverse, and the prices were very good.

They had EVERYTHING I was looking for! I’ve been to plenty of beauty supplies in NYC and this one is by far one of the best. And they’ve got a point system! For every 100 points you earn $5. They have so much weave and jumbo satin bonnets. They even have jumbo hair nets!! They also have skincare and oils of all sorts. Even some k-beauty stuff. This place is huge, and it’s not even a chain. For makeup brands they’ve got Nicka K, Absolut, LA Girl, a whole bunch of NYX, and a few other brands I haven’t heard of. The GiGi waxing line is also offered here. If you’re a curly girl with big hair this is a place in the Rego Park, Queens area you can depend on. prices here are pretty good compared to others.

I used to LOVE this place and spend lots of money. I even had an account here and recommended the place to my family. But then the staff changed, not sure if management changed as well. Now the new staff follow you and treat you like you’re going to steal. They send a young worker to pretend he’s fixing stuff to follow you. It’s very uncomfortable. The products are good, but it is annoying to shop there and you’re treated like a child/potential criminal.
