Vy Nails & Spa

My daughter and I went today for fills. The staff was so nice! And they did a beautiful job on our nails. Both of our techs were gentle and kind. I have been struggling financially lately but wanted to do something for my daughter and I. The staff didn’t make me feel guilty for tipping what I could afford to tip like other nail salons have. I wish I could’ve tipped more. But thank you, VY Nails for doing a beautiful job and being so kind!

My mom and I have been coming here for years now and our nails always turn out awesome! We always get nail art. They consistently do a great job, and have charms and rhinestones you can add. I highly recommend.

I was very happy with my nails and would go back though I had some issues when the manicurist started without asking what order I wanted my child - she was going to do them how she liked instead of how I wanted. That small problem sorted quickly, I had a lovely time.

I came in today with nails done from a different salon, they looked horrible. I asked if they could fix them and the before and after is astonishing. The woman who did them was so attentive to detail and was showing me my different options and was kind and understanding during the whole process. Such good customer service. I had such a good experience and will be coming again and will be recommending here to my friends. I’ll add pictures from before and after of my nails below

I want to say that I have been going here for a couple of months now. I have had amazing experience up until this point. And I understand everyone gets busy and frustrated at different points… But to make 2 appointments and be sat in the back & have walk-ins that came through the front get seated before me… Needless to say I waited 40 minutes & then walked out. I decided to give it 1 more try yesterday. Though I was seated within a few minutes, what I asked for & what I received were 2 different things. Not only that, I was hurt several times and cut twice. I asked her to look at my nails the way they were & to look at a picture of what it was I wanted bc I had gotten it done there a couple weeks prior.
