Vy Nails

I never leave bad reviews I don’t want to hurt the business reputation. But I do not want someone else’s nails to get damaged like mine were. I went in for dip gel removal. She proceeds to cut my nails extremely short then use a metal tool to chip and scrape the gel off aggressively. Leaving my nails soft and damaged with huge divots! She didn’t soak the gel off or anything like you are supposed to. You would think she would know better being a nail tech. Don’t go here.

Absolutely rude. I called and asked if she had availability. She told me if I came right now (Saturday at 2:15) she could squeeze me in because she wanted to “go out” that night and wanted to get ready. So I was there right at 2:15, she was finishing up another girls nails when I arrived I waited for about 10 minutes very patiently, she finished and started mine right away. Very rude grabbing and pulling my hands during and not gentle at all. She messed up on my ring finger and cut it WAY to short.. she got very annoyed when I asked her to fix it. She did. By just adding on more acrylic, which made the nail very bulky. From the top looking at the nails they looked okay. Not the best but “okay” it’s now been 4 days and I have bubbles all over my nails they are peeling off.. oh and mind you

Worse nails of my life! We’re bulky, uneven, bubbles throughout, different sizes and plain RUDE! Sat there for almost 4 hours for her to complain every time I asked for something fixed. Asked for a refund and she’s refusing. Went to a whole different salon to get it fixed because I refuse to sit another minute. Claimed I was an hour late, was NOT the case. I had an appt at 10:45 and arrived at 10:48 because there was no parking.

I recommend Vy nails and would recommend that you call in advance to book an appointment. Vy accommodates everyone and has helped me after hours multiple times. She does nothing but the best work and works quickly. She is very friendly and the prices are very good. Thank you!!

My nail tech was so sweet! And she did absolutely amazing! I have never seen a nail tech perfect her work as much as she does. She’s amazing and I will definitely be going back.
