Booked an appointment to get a retwist with Vianka. Before doing so we confirmed through text that 1pm was a good time. The next day a few hours before my appointment she messaged me asking if we could move my time. I couldn’t do so because I had a flight scheduled, reason why I confirmed with her before booking an appointment. She canceled my appointment and didn’t refund me because I couldn’t make the appointment change that she wanted which was totally different from what we agreed on. She told me that her appointment before mine was running late and it wasn’t her fault but I couldn’t get refunded although I was on time for my appointment. So I have nothing to say about the service because I didn’t receive any just a loss of a $81 deposit for a service that I never canceled! BEWA

Great customer service! Excellent work! Convenient and easy booking. Vianka definitely goes above and beyond to get you the best results. When I started my journey I was wearing an XL waist shaper. It's been 1 month and now I'm in a Medium waist shaper. Don't be discouraged if you don't see immediate results. Everyone's body is different. Just stay consistent, stay active, drink plenty of water and you will see a difference.

I visited vvs cosmetics and was taken care of by vianka (vee). She took care of me and was very polite and professional. The services I had done was a teeth whitening and facial with extraction.
