VT Luxury Nails

Not a great experience for me. They were really nice people and even provided wine during services but it took hours to get my nails done. I understand that certain things can take longer with certain designs and different services and I love the design I received, my issues with service is that my nail tech repeatedly stopped in the middle of my service to do other tasks and wait on other customers which resulted in a longer wait and I found this unfair. I arrived at the 10:55 am and didn't leave until after 3:30pm and most of that time I was left waiting in the service chair unattended. The services just wasn't worth the price I paid of $280. Beautiful nails though.

These are absolutely the best nails I’ve ever had. And the best nail shop I’ve ever been to! Coming from a local this is going to be my #1 spot. They are open to any design, color, style, texture, anything!! All for a VERY reasonable price. After walking in the gentleman up front greeted me and offered to have a look at their nail designs and I was shocked!! They are talented and do beautiful art. The last photo was my inspiration picture and the woman who did them absolutely nailed it 🔥 (I asked for any extra stuff besides what’s on the photo). Upon walking in it was a super clean and friendly environment. They pay attention to each and every one of their customers and that’s what really stood out to me. Everyone was awesome! I reached out a week in advance to do a Day of the Dead them and send inspiration pics. They got me on schedule with Zhanna and she was great! We worked out adjustments to the design that I love and kept the main parts I liked already. Text my Mom while I was there that I needed to bring her here. I’ll def be back!

Had a great first experience!! Lena was amazing and the owner was so attentive. Nails turned out gorgeous and they did it all within my time crunch I had!! Pedicure was relaxing manicure was just what I wanted!
