To start with a little self history, I have always felt tight and non flexible then about five years ago my left hip muscles really tightened up and started to also have tendinitis like pain Massage and PT helped a little but never felt I was gaining. Linda got the muscles to relax. I was a hard person to work on with limited hip mobility and non bendy all over. The methods she uses are different,gentle and lasting. The hip needs to be replaced but my legs, back and core feels more relaxed and with less ache and pain my sleep has improved. I'm looking forward to her help after surgery. Thank you!!
