I booked with Abi after my sister had great results with her highlights—a bright, neutral blonde that's hard to achieve. Tone is crucial in hair color, so I was excited to try her services. I booked a 1/2 head balayage with a cut. I wanted brighter dimensionality around the ends, money pieces, and a layered, face-framing cut. LOVE VOSS!! Robes, complimentary drinks, and awesome vibes!! My first ever appt with Bella, they were able to fit me in same day within the hour! She was amazing!! Especially considering the mess my hair was (half bleached/half natural). She took the extra time to make sure the bleached pieces absorbed the dye equally compared to the rest. She was very silly and goofy too which made the appt enjoyable!! My second appt with Abi was above and beyond! She was so sweet and we chatted the whole appt. Such a sweetheart. I just got a cut and brow wax. She seriously gave me the best haircut I’ve ever gotten! Also gave me recommendations on hair products which I really appreciated! I've had my share of $300+ hair cuts/dyes, etc. because I've always had long, thick hair. I booked a haircut and all over color. I have my own stylist, but it was a last minute decision. I am regretting my choice 100%. Half of my hair looks polished while other sections resemble a big ball of frizz because they weren't touched at all. I didn't notice until afterwards due to the way she had styled it at the time. I couldn't go back in within the one week period because I was swept up in holiday plans and family obligations that could not be interrupted. I thought, "Okay, I'll deal with it and just pull it back." Two weeks in, all of my roots popped out like it hadn't been dyed in a month, and the worst of it is on my bangs, in the front of my face. I had a wonderful experience with Julie! She made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. Her positive energy and professionalism are unmatched — it truly felt like I’d known her for years. I’m so happy I found her and highly recommend her services!

Before I even showed up, I KNEW i’d have an amazing experience. I spoke with Kaveen on the phone to book my appointment and was met with so much warmth, light, and positivity. I walked in feeling so welcomed and cared for, Kaveen is such a special soul. Then, Kasey gave me the haircut of my dreams! She was so attentive, listened to what I wanted, and our conversations were so real and I left feeling like I made new friends. I rebooked before I left, Voss is 15/10 and I will recommend to all of my friends moving forward!
