Volume Hair Studio

I visited this salon yesterday for a root touch-up and blow-dry. I have colored blonde hair, and my roots were supposed to be blended to match the rest of my color. Instead, I was given a dark brown root color that is completely mismatched with my blonde hair and looks very unflattering. For a $220 service, I am extremely disappointed with the result and regret not addressing it immediately at the salon.

I’ve been going to Shay for around 3 years now and I can confidently say she is the best hairstylist I’ve been to. She completely transformed my hair from brittle, orange, and uneven blondes to my dream hair! Before all the damage I used to have wavy hair and then it turned almost completely straight. After my journey with Shay I am my dream blonde and have my waves back. I highly recommend anyone to go visit Shay.

Ask for Gabby and be prepared to have your new hair person!! She was amazing. She did exactly what I wanted and tailored it to me and my face perfectly!! Gabby is a the type of hair stylist you HOPE you can find!!!

Every time I leave my appointment with Shay, I tell her she made my whole week! She is fabulous, kind and an excellent stylist. I see her for multiple services and each time is perfect! I appreciate her willingness to work with my crazy work schedule! The best thing is that she moves quickly and you don’t sit in the chair for hours on end! I love an efficient hair stylist! I’d highly recommend Shay!

I have been going to Shay for the last 2 years and can’t recommend her enough. Due to travelling a lot, my hair was really bad when I first started going to Shay but she has managed to get it back to how it should be. She gives me lots of helpful advice on how to look after my hair but also skin care and makeup help (I have a wedding coming up). I also like that she gives advice on more natural products to use.
