Walked in with my friend, as she was looking for a quick bang trim. Waited about 5 minutes in their seating area before a woman came out. My friend asked about a quick bang trim and the woman was EXTREMELY rude. Working in customer service, I am absolutely appalled at her behavior. She said “I said no” after my friend asked about possibly fitting her in. If my friend had been rude, I wouldn’t be writing this. But she wasn’t at all. The attitude of that woman still shocks me as I’m writing this. I told her as I walked out that I hope whatever she’s going through gets better. Such yucky energy.

I’ve been a client of Caroline’s for over a decade. She convinced me years ago to stop frying my hair trying to straighten and embrace my curls. Caroline is specialty trained and educated to cut curly hair and the results will blow your mind. If you have wavy or curly hair she is your girl. I personally know fellow curly girls who drive from way out of town to have her work her curl magic. It’s the cut and the knowledge of your stylist that will make your curls beautiful, not any product. I started coloring when the gray came in at 50, and she does specialty color for curly hair that will look completely natural and make your curls POP.

My mom of 88 years old got her hair cut by Caroline. She liked her cut but said, " Boy she was unfriendly, rough and pricey. " I had an appointment with Caroline on the books and got this text from her, "Unfortunately, I have realized I just can not accommodate anymore appts at this time. My clientele list is too long to be able to properly provide service to those who have booking regular appts for years. I appreciate your interest in booking but I would have to suggest finding someone who would be better able to serve you at this time. " This upset me because this is not the first time she had treated me this way. I used to be a customer of hers when she own Salon C. I called to schedule an appointment for a perm and never got a return call, so I texted her an never got a respons

Kaitlyn is a miracle worker! I came in desperate & devastated with a seriously jacked up cut and highlights by another stylist from a different shop. Kaitlyn calmed me down and helped turn the mess into something healthy looking and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Taylor is amazing, does a great job on cut and color!!! I love the shop too, beautiful decor and its always nice a quiet while I'm in there. THANK YOU!
