I've had three visits here simply due to location being convenient (one star). The fill-ins from here were ok (second star), though what I most remember from those visits is how rude the ladies were. Like they were frustrated you were there using their services. Most recently, I came for a full set. And this time has ensured I will not come back. The removal of my press ons was aggressive, using the cuticle clippers to cut the gel of the nails off. No filing, no gel removal. Just savagely hacking away. You can imagine it's not very good for your nails. She glued on the tips and for the shape, I asked for round. When we reached the filing stage, she filed down to almond. When I asked to make them more round, she filed them so short that the mainicure looked as if I had no extensions to b

I recently moved to MB and needed to find a new nail salon to go to. Kim provided excellent customer service and did an amazing job on my nails. Samantha also provided great customer service and an excellent pedicure. 100% this is my new go-to salon. You get a nice foot and leg massage with hot stones! and an arm massage! All for a great price. Thank you!!

I have been going here for at least 15 years, and can say it is the best value of any salon in the south bay! While I’ve gone to many other nail salons with friends over the years that might have fancier decorations or offer champagne etc, none of them have provided the same quality (especially not at the same price) that Vogue does. My gel manicures last 100% of the time — I end up removing them after 3-4 weeks or so only because my nails have grown out, not because my nails have peeled or chipped or anything else. The women who work there can be direct, but have been absolutely nothing but polite and friendly to me and anyone I have brought there — as long as you are polite to them (as you should be to every service industry worker). Rude is the best way to explain these ladies. I hit my nail by accident and she slammed my nailpolish bottle down so hard I thought it was broken. She told me I was making her late for my next appointment even though I was kept waiting for 15 minutes after my appointment which is the only reason she was late. She does a great job but had a terrible attitude. A lady and her daughter came in to see if they could get a mani/pedi and Kim was so rude to them as well. The poor girl who was only 9 was mortified. I ams finding another place to go even though I have been going there for years along with my three daughters. Will pay more money if needed to be treated with respect and have a relaxing experience.

Great nail salon. I’ve been a customer here since the mid-1990s. Always clean. Kim does a great job trimming my fingernails and my toenails.
