I've been going to Maria since 2012, and she has consistently done an amazing job with my cuts, color, and perms. She's talented, professional, and always makes me feel great about my hair. Highly recommend!
Went in for a trim. Paola literally cut like an inch and a half straight across off. Didn't do the usual pull up and end trim like a normal stylist would do. There was no hair cut style. Literally just cut straight across. Wanted to request she thin out because I have thick course and a lot of hair and I usually get it thinned out and curtain bangs. Didn't request any as she literally rushed to get me out of there because one stylist didn't show and she fell behind. Asked for a long bob but she sighed and made a comment about how she'd have to dry and style it for that, she seemed bothered. Her face and tone said it all. I literally felt like this huge bother for her when I walked in. I had called ahead and she had told me about an hour and that's when I showed up. I was a walk in and I 1
It’s nice place and have to drive over 20 min but honestly This place makes your hair fall out! Many people have had this experience by specifically Paola… would not recommend. and not only that whatever she did she doesn’t care about your hair or what’s gonna happen after .. the minute you leave the salon .. i don’t like to write bad review but I don’t want you to have the same problem.. be careful seems the material they use it’s so bad
I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for over 5 years, and I can genuinely say it’s one of Tucson’s hidden gems. This is a family-owned salon, and you feel that the moment you walk in. The warmth, the laughter, even the sharing of their homemade cultural lunches—it’s a place that feels like home, not just a business. The family is proudly Mexican and truly living the American dream. They’ve built something special, and they welcome everyone who walks through their doors with open arms. I don’t speak Spanish myself, but there are English-speaking stylists, and communication has never been a problem. The beauty of Tucson is its diversity, and this salon is a perfect example of what makes our city unique. Paola, the owner, is a true color artist. I would never trust anyone else with my hi
Very dirty, lots of trash in seating area. Stylists would work on 2 people at a time. Very loud music. Not relaxing at all. My stylist didn't communicate about the plan with my hair and I didn't get what I wanted at all. My hair is way too dark and I got extremely overcharged for the service I got. Not happy with my experience. Do not recommend.
