I’ve been going to Mickey for years. After a recent hair color by him that was terribly wrong, he didn’t have the decency to correct it. After several attempts to call and text him to get in for him to correct it, I was repeatedly ignored. I was preparing for a special event, I made an online appt for the following day. My appt was 11:00. He showed up at 1:45. His assistant started applying color around noon when she couldn’t reach him. When he did show up, he didn’t even have the decency to address me or acknowledge me. He began with his other client who had also been waiting for over an hour. When I attempted to address him and show him the pictures, he abruptly grabbed my phone, turned it over in my hand and said he would not look at the pictures. He then said he would not do anything

Front staff is getting better. Talented stylists are leaving. I’ve been going there for 7 years and the stylists I like always leave. Had the first haircut ever in my life that made me cry. So bad she didn’t charge me. I know it’s an honest mistake & she was truly sorry, but it shouldn’t happen.
