V-Nails has been my go to for a couple month now and I will never look back! They are an incredible salon and truly work with their customers to make sure they are 100% satisfied! All of the staff are always super sweet and very talented however, Tracy is truly amazing at doing nails and is my personal favorite! T is also amazing at doing nails and is super funny! I have yet to have any sort of negative experience with them and will continue to go until I can’t anymore! They are also pretty affordable, of course if you get something more intricate it will cost a bit more, but over all the pricing is incredibly fair! The BEST nail salon in Sylva, Cullowhee, Dillsboro area by far!

DONT GO HERE!! I called and asked if they had availability for a gel pedicure and dip manicure and they said yes. I picked a bright turquoise color (32) and instead received a pale, translucent blue color. They said the color would match on my toes and fingers and they didn’t!!! Both the wrong blue somehow. Then they applied acrylic painted onto my nail rather than dip as I asked for. As she started I said “oh I actually wanted dip” and she said “yeah this is dip”. I didn’t get anything I asked for and spent $110. Do not recommend at all.

I’ve been going to V nails since they open and the atmosphere and the people are IMMACULATE. Ms. Hellen does wonderful with nails and she always does her absolute best on designs. Definitely recommend

My main concern with this salon was the way in which my acrylics were removed. I’d had a set from a month ago from a different salon. The woman I was with broke off a portion of the acrylic and used her own nails to pry the acrylics from my natural nails. The rest of the appointment I was in pain due to the way they were removed. I was then charged around $20 extra for this removal. Then, after this as I went to pay I was watched thoroughly and guided to give a tip amount I wasn’t comfortable with. All in all not a good experience and would not come here again.

For my first time, I got Nancy. She was shy but very sweet and nice ☺️. I would love to come back and get another pedicure with her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
