VN Nails

Very rude owner! I am not sure what happened today! I came to get my eyebrows done here which I always do and was asked where I went to get them done last time. I told her I had been away & someone did them for me since I wasn’t in the area. She immediately got mad and said if I go to another person don’t come here again. She stated she would refuse my service because it’s not fair to her to be fixing mistakes. Which also was weird because my eyebrows were not messed up. I came here after 3 weeks just as I would if she did them previously. I was totally blown away by this since I have been coming here for years & with my daughter as well! Didn’t catch her name but she knows the work she did . Went in there for the first time with an idea and this look was ATE DOWN. I’m so happy with he results , definitely will be returning .

Worst experience ever. I left that shop so unhappy with the quality of my feet and nails. What sucks is I paid $64 for a gel pedi & gel mani which isn't cheap. I was in a rush and after repeated requests to fix my feet n nails I just was ready to go. Now it's 2days later and the gel on my nails are coming off. Like how??? Its so horrible. I was going to deal with it for a week and just change it but I can't even do that bc the gel is already coming up. I will never return unless they redo everything or refund my money

If I could give zero stars for this salon I would. I went for a gel manicure and should have walked out immediately due to the filth of the place, however I did stay and get a manicure. When the girl rang me up the paper in the machine ran out. Not knowing this she ran my card again. Then another worker informed her the paper was out and changed it. I asked if I was charged twice and they assured me I was not. When I checked my credit card receipt I indeed was charged two times. I went back with my credit card statement to get a refund and they refused to refund me because I didn’t have a receipt. I tried to show them the credit card statement and she was not interested. The woman there was very nasty and not at all helpful. Unprofessional and the facility is filthy. Do not go to this salo

The owner is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met. Her staff was lovely but you never see the same nail techs twice. I guess they get smart and leave quickly. They gave me nail polish that somehow changed color on my vacation. I asked for a discount on my next visit due to the problem from my prior visit. The owner started screaming at me and telling me I would not get a discount. The nail tech felt bad and told me not to tip her, I said no, the owner should be providing a discount not you and left tipping the nail tech( the prior visit was with a different nail tech).I forgot something and returned back to the store and the owner was talking about me to the clients in the salon. You lost a client over a five dollar discount.
