Changing my review after many years of working with this business. Been coming here for 6 years. Sadly, I can no longer recommend. Appointments are a mere suggestion. They do not honor scheduled appointment times. It seems walk-ins or late appointments are given priority over scheduled appointments who arrive on time. This happened to me 4 times before I left this review. I hoped it would change, especially after I left feedback with them over the phone about how their lateness affects customers. I’m upset that I made appointments on multiple occasions, arrived on time, and was made to wait 45 minutes for my appointment to start. I had one of the best massage experiences at this place! The masseuse lady was incredibly polite and professional, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The space itself was spotless and well-maintained. After struggling with back pain, the massage provided complete relief, and I felt amazing afterward. I highly recommend this massage as one of the best in the Round Rock area!
