LOVEEE my blowout and how friendly everyone in the office was! Raquel did my hair and is AMAZING, I have thicker hair and blowouts are always harder for me but she really took her time and did a phenomenal job!! Highly recommend!

This salon is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I tried to book an appointment for my wife, and the woman at the front desk told me they didn’t have any openings until the following week — even though I’ve booked here before for my daughter without a problem. When I called back the next week, she suddenly said she could accommodate us but immediately tried to upcharge me over the phone before even seeing my wife’s hair, just because we were using a Groupon. I made it clear that this was unacceptable and false advertising, because the entire point of Groupon is to honor the offer. Instead of fixing the situation, she called me back accusing me of “using a Groupon already” when my wife had purchased her own separately. My wife isn’t fluent in English, so I usually handle appointment

I truly cannot believe the 1 star reviews I am reading; Sounds like we’re talking about two different places. I cannot comment on Groupon because I don’t use those services but I will share that my experiences with VM have all been peaceful, professional, respectful, nurturing and literally the best massage and facials I have ever gotten. When I was going through a breakup and decided to treat myself for my birthday, Maria and her other employees made sure to make me feel like a princess. I have not experienced any issues with scheduling and have been accommodated when necessary. Took my friend, she loved it and bought more packages for herself and for her mom. They did such an amazing job on my haircut. I’m absolutely in love. I was gifted a Groupon and they didn’t have any issues taking it. No attitude— nothing. I did have a bit of a long wait because their AC was unfortunately not working but they were very apologetic and let’s face it— sometimes things are out of our control. Maria is a very skilled hairdresser and I definitely do think it’s worth the money, even without the Groupon. Another thing I’d like to mention is that they cater to women who cover their hair for religious purposes. That one is a really big plus for me. Everything was private and I wasn’t worried in the least. 🥰

Great and knowledgeable staff, Maria preps magic potions that are for your skin type. They offer you something to drink and let you know about promos or sales going on. Not like other spas that are just knocking you on your back w the prices. Overall amazing place definitely returning. By the way there is extra parking in the rear side of building entrance is on Garrett Pl. You can in either Dean st or Engle st because is a 2 way.
