I went in for a soak off nail removal. Wednesday evening around 4pm Walk in, took me right away. Very professional job even with the filing of my real nails. I appreciate her hard work, she was warm and caring.

Came here on a Saturday night to get a fill on acrylic nails. One nail was broken she ripped it off all of a sudden without soaking in acetone or anything-- hurt like hell! I asked for coffin shape and she started shaping but she was making them too square. I kept asking and even showed a picture. I also kept telling her they were uneven but she just kept making my nails shorter and shorter but still uneven. Gel polish all over my fingers stuck on there with UV. Color very uneven and she only did 2 coats. The menu said refills were $20 but I was charged $40. The place looked fine but actual manicure experience was a nightmare.

Terrible customer service, terrible business practices, terrible communication, quality of work was terrible tried three times each time was worse. I used to love this place and come faithfully now I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Just terrible lazy people

I love this nail salon!!! Excellent customer service and high attention to detail. I always get a full set and pedicure and leave satisfied. My full set is always a gel manicure which lasts two weeks and my pedicure is regular polish that lasts approx. 3 weeks. A heads up to new clients. There is one nail tech and two pedicurists in this salon. Understand that sometimes there will be a wait time for walk ins. If you are in a rush do not come here as a walk in and book an appt ahead of time. Most clients are chill and we vibe to the competitive singing shows on the TV or be on our phones. Leave the drama at home/work before you get here and allow yourself to be immersed in tranquility leaving refreshed, pampered and feminine. Overall, VL Nails & Spa is a clean/hygienic and peaceful salon
