The older gentleman did my gel manicure for my daughter's wedding. He cut me while trimming one of my cuticles. He was very apologetic, which I appreciate, but it's unacceptable. I didn't flinch or move that may have contributed to it. No apology from owner. Avoid this technician, and perhaps this salon.

***DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY UP PRICES AFTER SERVICE! called prior for pricing was told $45 for French tip acrylic and when I was done was charged $70 was then told I did “acrylic shellac?” And they told me the nail “top coat” is the shellac? The male who did the nails only did acrylic and I made it clear only acrylic nails.

Think twice about going to Lilly for your nails. My nails keep breaking and she charges more than everyone in the area. Very frustrated. She'll charge you based on how much money she thinks you have. Race is a big factor too.

I was treated badly at this salon yesterday. Made to feel like an animal, the lady who did my nails did a wonderful job at making my nails look the way I wanted them to be, HOWEVER, what I did not appreciate AT ALL how she would constantly make negative comments about the way my fingers naturally are (I am a pianist, my fingers are slightly crooked from that and occasionally tense up at times, my pinky has a slight bend but it isn’t too bad), but I have never had any issues with any other salon about the way my fingers are naturally. Never have I gotten yelled at, mocked or scolded for the way my hands naturally are. And I have NEVER been loudly embarrassed about it either, she would constantly complain about my hands and say these things out loud for others at the salon to hear, and I wo

10/10 do not recommend. I clearly told the woman doing my feet I wanted them done square. Then she proceeds to round them off. She did what she wanted to do. Then when she saw I was upset she caught an attitude and tried to be rough with my feet . I told her I want it fixed & I want acrylic on my toe. But they kept insisting it was my fault and trying to tell me they look fine. As a customer you should get what you want since you are paying. Please just go anywhere but here !
