Very attentive, kind staff. Was a walk in and they took me right away. The selection of nail designs is unlimited. Beautifully stocked nail salon. They offer all kinds of other services too. I got a pedicure and a full set nails done. I was very pleased with my results. I did return for my fill to get a holiday design and wow! They do know what their doing when it comes to creating nail art. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Definitely returning customer.

To be honest I’ve been to a couple of nail salons in Lancaster city and none of them compare to here!! It’s so hard to find a place to where they actually hand paint the nail art and not just say no and make you use stickers. Definitely will be going back again! 9-29-25 Since they won’t let me make another review but I can edit my old one. Just wanted to come back again and say Lilly did such an AMAZING job!!! I am soooooo and I mean soooo in love with my Sunflower nails 🌻 she did an amazing as always!

Vizion salon is a great nail salon. I been coming here since high school and I’m 36 now. I love Lilly. She does great designs and always gets me in when I call ahead of time. Come visit her at vizion beauty nails. You won’t regret it

I asked for my nails to be taken off and painted this color. Half way through Cathy taking my nails off she ripped my nail and told me it was already damaged (it was NOT) so she just had to rip it. I complained because I have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks so she proceeded to do my nails like it was her first time doing nails. There is still acrylic on my nails and they are uneven. I keep telling myself I’m going to stop coming here but this is it! I will never step foot in there and this was the last dime they get from me. Never again!!!! Cathy should be ashamed of herself she has been there for years and this is a MESS!!!
