I have to say for my first time getting a pedicure, it is amazing!!! These ladies do wonders with your feet. It was such a relaxing experience i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon. I do recommend calling ahead to get same day appointments so the salon can make sure a nail tech is available for you.

This place is terrible. I came in looking for acrylic nails french tip. I come in and everything seems fine, the nail lady who’s name I don’t remember seemed to be quite short with me and annoyed that I didn’t want to get gelx instead of acrylic, she tried to get me to change my mind for about 5 minutes until she gave up. At the end of the service, she started putting the price together (which was about 35 more dollars than I was quoted over the phone), I asked her how much it was for two charms, she said 10, then after it was put on, it was 20 dollars. I go ahead and pay about almost 100 dollars for the regular French tip nails w tip(ridiculous) even though it should never be that much. I recommend coming to Vivid Nails. If you want a nail artist to do your nails, then this is the spot for you! It's a clean salon, free parking and great customer service. I enjoy coming here because, they care for my nail's health. I received an acrylic removal, it was painless. After my removal, Jane my nail artist did a Gel-X set. Thanks to Jane and her color matching skills, I am ready for my fall festivities!

I recently visited Vivid Nails and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. First, the service was significantly overpriced for the quality. I paid $50 (tip included) for a simple gel manicure, yet the nails turned out different from what I had requested. Despite explaining clearly that I wanted a simple, clean look, the nail tech kept insisting on adding a design, which I declined multiple times. She even brought out extra equipment to make a design and seemed more focused on her own vision for my nails than on what I, the customer, actually wanted. She also would not cut or file my nails as short as I wanted them and kept telling me no because that was too short. I received a gel manicure and my nail broke and 2 other nails chipped within two days of the service and 4 total after only 5 days. You only have 3 days to get them fixed without a charge but I was out of town. Hence, why I had my nails done. I will not be going back to Vivid . I called and they said the solution was not to use the same lady again. Um, ok
